KELLY HATTLEY

Kelly Hattley is a Senior Property Manager for Briggs Development.  Kelly Joined Briggs in 2020, managing a portfolio of office buildings in Santa Clara County.  With 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Kelly has focused on building tenant relationships, leading property teams, creating operational efficiencies, budgeting, reporting and construction management.

Kelly has successfully managed numerous office assets in the Silicon Valley including large Class A properties.  She has overseen significant construction projects including elevator modifications, central plant upgrades, tenant improvements and common area upgrades.

Prior to joining Briggs, Kelly worked for Davis Partners from 2018 to 2020 where she provided third party management to notable clients including TA Associates.

From 2004 to 2018, Kelly worked for Boston Properties where her roles included oversight of two regional offices and all South Bay, Mountain View and Peninsula assets consisting of 1.9 million square feet of Class A commercial real estate.

Kelly began her commercial real estate career in 2001 at consulting firm Nation Smith Hermes Diamond where she served as a Facilities Manager.

Kelly holds a California Real Estate License and accreditations from LEED GA and BOMI RPA.  Born and raised in Northern California, Kelly is a graduate of San Diego State University holding a BA in Psychology, and is an active participant in the local community where she has held several leadership positions.
