Korean-based Key Foundry signs lease with Briggs Development at 100 Century Center Court

The semiconductor foundry seeks to have a strong global presence with headquarters in San Jose

December 3, 2020, SAN JOSE, CA – San Jose-based Briggs Development announces Key Foundry Co., Ltd. as the newest tenant at 100 Century Center Court—an eight-story, Class A office building—in San Jose. Key Foundry, formerly part of MagnaChip Semiconductor Corporation and the only pure-play semiconductor foundry in Korea, signed a 5-year lease for a 6,154 square foot tenant space on the second floor, which will serve as its U.S. headquarters.

Currently in the process of moving in staff, the company has strong potential to become a global tech leader possessing a portfolio of as many as 1700 foundry-related patents.
