California's leading financial cooperative and sixth largest credit union in the U.S. will fully occupy the 30,096-square-foot, single-story office building in Q4, according to CoStar information. The property was constructed in 1987 on 2.43 acres within Prospect Park.
Bruce Hohenhaus and Kevin Partington of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Briggs Development Corp. Kevin Soares from Voit Real Estate Services represented the tenant.
