San Jose-based Briggs Development announced it has signed a lease with Getinge for office space on the 7th floor of 100 Century Center Court in San Jose.
The 107,000 square foot newly-renovated CenturyCenter—an eight-story, Class A office building—is a multi-tenant building offering market-ready suites. The newest tenant, Getinge is a leading med tech company founded in 1904 in Getinge, Sweden. Providing products and solutions in healthcare and life sciences, Getinge has over 10,000 employees in more than 40 countries worldwide including France, China, Germany and theUnited States.
